Refund Policy

For all products purchased and solutions offered, we will initiate the refund only if the products are buggy and based on the contract signed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing from our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and we will consider those if it is reasonable for refund.

We Will Consider the Following Situations for Refund:

Product Not Received: If you have not received the product due to some issues, you are requested to seek assistance from our technical team. Or if you wish to get the refund, then “claim for non-delivery” must be submitted to us in writing within 2 days from delivery. Otherwise, the product will be considered as received.

Functionality Defects: If any of the features is not working as described in the contract, then it should be reported to the technical team for rectification of the same for free if not claim for refund should be submitted within 2 days.

Support Issues: If the customer is not getting technical assistance response consecutively for more than 10 business days, then the customer is entitled for refund.
